Memorandum of
Understanding has been signed between CGNL and Rusayl Institute llc
for jointly offering services to the industries in Middle East.
  This
association between the leading organizations in their respective
geographical area, named as “Industrial Support Unit” (ISU), plan to
extend engineering, technical and project management services to the
existing industries and new project in the area. Some of the initial
